Jens Nordsø (1930-2006) was educated at the School of Crafts, where he later (1960-62) was a teacher and has, among other things, worked as a graphic artist at Danmarks Radio. As a painter, he developed his own personal style, and in his oil paintings of still life, portraits and landscapes, he follows non-figurative modernism and was inspired by the principles of perspective and composition and the golden section that have been known since the Middle Ages and the early renaissance.
